I rarely draw boys, so I got kind of excited.

Haha, good for you! I actually think that's a pretty great guy, you should draw more! I do think you have some issues with stuff below the belly button (the hip-to-shoulder ratio is a little off, but you already mentioned that), but the face is really great! I want to see more megan fashionmen!

I know, I just need to get my butt in gear and draw more. i can only use the tired after work excuse for so long.
Eames and I are planning on doing some life drawing classes soon, so hopefully that'll fix my birth-boy-hips.
Hey, I mean, I gotta get my butt in gear for sketchbooks too, I'm glad you & eamonn are doing this, makes me wanna sketch more too! I could use some life drawing as well-- they stopped the friday open life sessions at mica, bleh! But I wanted to add, I like the lady's face in the top. It's an interesting mix of realism & stylization.
